WHAT CREDIT CARDS DOES G9C ACCEPT?
G9C accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
For all online orders, you will be emailed at time of shipment with shipping confirmation and FedEx/UPS tracking number.
WHAT ABOUT PARTIAL ORDERS?
If you order several items, we ship available items immediately and ship outstanding items as soon as they are complete.
CAN I ORDER FROM G9C BY TELEPHONE?

DOES G9C CHARGE SALES TAX?
G9C only charges sales tax on orders sent within the state of New York.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO THOSE ORDERING IMMEDIATE ITEMS?
If you are ordering an immediate please check its availability online or call us to check, as your order may not be available to ship immediately. We will do our best to prioritize your order to ensure your gift is sent on time.
Returns and Exchanges
G9C wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. We do not offer refunds but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item within 10 days from the date your item is delivered. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. G9C has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.
Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as G9C is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Please allow 1 week for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge, except for defective items. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, return authorization #, and the items you are exchanging for.
Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES?
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees.
International shipments are sent via FedEx, USPS, or UPS International and total freight charges will be determined at checkout.

G9C products are shipped by FedEx,UPS, or USPS. Shipping charges to your location will be calculated when shipment is actually prepared.
